His work centers on improving labor efficiency, reducing carbon emissions, and transforming groundskeeping through autonomous systems. My Goat’s software reportedly saves clients $1,000 per acre per year, while reducing labor costs by up to 33%.

Anderson Gonzaga is a specialist in strategy, innovation, and organizational transformation, with over 25 years of experience in management and technology. He has been an Adjunct Professor in MBA and postgraduate programs for more than 14 years, teaching courses on Business Strategy, Project Management, and Leadership.
In the Brazilian editorial field, he contributed to the development of four books with Jornada Colaborativa, co-authoring a book on Kanban and acting as organizer and curator of works on Customer Experience, the transition from PMO to VMO, and Digital Transformation. All these projects were voluntary, with sales proceeds donated to charities.

He also serves as the leader of the Brazilian chapter of the Harvard Business School Online community and is dedicated to Futures Studies and Strategic Foresight, supporting leaders and organizations in adapting to uncertain and complex environments.
